@tescomobile If you were there to listen, it wouldn’t take 4 months to get an old lady’s money back, which you have now agreed to do in vouchers, having promised 3 times a cheque was in the post…your not there to help, all about grabbing old ladies money, and lying. Let’s revisit this soon🤔

@tescomobile I'm not a Tesco mobile customer myself but my parents and my Uncle are. I get around 20mbps on SMARTY which runs on 3 network pretty much everywhere there's 4G.

@tescomobile They are holding onto an old lady’s money, and refusing to give it back to her. Having sent a letter, they are refusing to accept the details of the account today - the same details were given last week? Unbelievably disgusting service. @Tesco robbing old ladies

Swapping to a replacement Sim on O2 was reasonably easy, same job on @tescomobile was ridiculously easy. Not sure why Three made it so difficult, swapping networks was the best solution...

@tescomobile The @O2 4G network can't cope with demand in some areas. My Mum was getting 1mbps in a good O2 4G area. Switched it to 3G+ and it's 15mbps now. Telling people to turn their phone off and on and wiping the sim isn't good technical support.

@tescomobile I went to store on May - 11- 2021, staff in the store havent bothered about customer. They really not interested in attending customer. One guy in perticular doesn't want to attend or respond to me. I was really disappointed with the experience I had.

@tescomobile Appalled at service tesco mobile. Made our phone totally useless and staff at the call centre said nothing they can do. Your agent can't help me, wont give me escalation process or service level. Did nothing but talk over me. and did nothing to resolve issue. #poorservice

@tescomobile I do block no.s but they use different ones every time. I've tried the Truecaller app but it's no different to blocking in the phone. My landline has a TrueCall unit which stops every unwanted call. Mobiles need similar. Changing my no wouldn't help as they must use random ones.
