Don’t know what it is about @ThreeUK the signal is appalling
@ThreeUKSupport No one ever picked up the phone, so I never got to speak to anyone. I knew moving to @ThreeUK would come back to bite me. I'm only a month in and you're already causing me issues 😠
@ThreeUKSupport Until you then cut off my Internet due to lack of payment.This was the point I realised (in October) that the payment you took was relating to the contract for the router that was never collected. Several times I have been told over the phone that my money is going to be refunded
@ThreeUKSupport The delivery was made to a store and I was never informed of the delivery being made, I subsequently took out another Internet contract with yourself having assumed the previous hadn't gone through. A payment was taking which I also assumed was related to my current contract
@ThreeUKSupport Having network issues near home. Usually 2/3 bars but now 1 and sometimes no signal at all. I’m in the Walton-on-Thames /Hersham/KT12 postcode area. It’s been like this for about 3 days now.
@Three_Is_Broken @crossey86 @ThreeUK Took out a contract Feb last year have managed £5 a month for unlimited texts data and 600 minutes along with enough credit to do me till July 2021 have never paid for service thankfully due to how bad Three is happily paying £6 to Sky for 12gb calls and texts to go with it

@jamesma34307397 @ThreeUK It's good to read a positive tweet. Up to may last year, I never had any issues either. Suddenly everything went wrong and it hasn't got better. I used to get 30+mbps. Now I can't even watch a YouTube video. No explanation from 3 I hope your good experience continues 👍🏼
