    @ladysimmy91 @ThreeUKSupport You absolutely need to ask for compensation. They’ve done it for other customers including me. Some customers have even been given 50% off each month because of the poor service they are receiving. Contact them urgently

    @portercarl1 @ThreeUKSupport There is massive problems at the moment. It’s been bad for awhile but seems to be getting worse. It’s while they’re doing their 5G upgrade, they’re now saying they’ll be issues for the rest of 2020 and beyond! And we are paying for the service!

    Really starting to regret renewing my @ThreeUK contract. Been with 3 over ten years but the signal all over London is woeful. Went into Apple last weekend who said they have had loads of 3 customers asking if it’s a phone problem (it’s not). Turn up the signal!
