@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@Mr_Rebecca That’s a terrible experience from @ThreeUK. This is the reason why I’ve always done SIM swaps in a store. As you know you have the SIM. But, obviously, that’s not always possible for so many reasons. I hope they get it sorted soon.

@ThreeUKSupport It was in Central Leeds yesterday. My phone is a Samsung note 5g. Your staff said there was a 4g issue. I had to jump between WiFi access points all afternoon. Very poor.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been temperamental since about Tuesday 21st. It doesn’t seem to be any particular time. I’ve tried restarting the router, which temporarily fixes the problem, but the speeds slow down again. For example, it’s fine right now, but earlier this morning was very slow!
@ThreeUKSupport A couple of times, thank you for replying. it seems very unstable for the past week, and completely offline for calls for a whole day in the centre of the city. Not fair to keep paying the contract whilst coverage is getting worst rather than better..
@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jen. It’s not actually my phone, but my HomeFi AI cube router. The postcode is AL86TP. My phone speed is fine, but the router is sometimes ok, most of the time it’s slow. This is a new problem as of the last week, I don’t think it’s the 3 signal this time
@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been waiting nearly a week for my new SIM card and have no access to my online banking so have no access to my money due to having to destroy my card just in case. I want to report a complaint against you for allowing someone access to my account and incompetence.
@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had this SIM for about 2 and a bit years. I also was with someone else on the same network, iPhone XR and a SIM card less than a year old. So I find it hard to believe the SIM is the issue.
@ThreeUK I like Chelsea but wouldn't it be better spending that money making your network run at decent speeds. I'm getting fed up with your promises to resolve problems and nothing happens.
