@ThreeUKSupport I lost my phone and I requested a document called "proof of usage" which I requested 7 days ago. Whenever I call the customer service number they don't help me and keep giving me fals time lines I feel let down after being a customer for 9 years

@Williams_Andy_ @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Nat uses 3. They seem to get signal where vodafone don’t and vice versa. From our experience the customer service isn’t good as they just send you in loops around a call centre in India. If you’re lucky you can get through to a helpline in Scotland and they are actually helpful.
