    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

    @MarcAllera @EE guys great you do various events, and flog bt tv etc but the core services really matter. I’ve had to purchase a sim pay monthly for £10 to be able to use my phone in Israel from @ThreeUK I’m a EE customer I’m not prepared to pay £1.80 per minute

    @ThreeUKSupport It would have been about the end of January. He went into the local shop. As a new customer, he was offered £9 a month for 6 months, rising to £18 but I don't know how long the contract is for.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK why are u bothering with 5g when 4g is awful! I’m having to switch my iPhonex onto 3G just to search for things on google. It’s not my area as I work in multiple locations and it’s the same story.

    @ThreeUK Signal for both data and voice is aweful again in LN4 area. Reported multiple times and have never received an update or improvement. Gone from 32Mbs to 2Mbs! Over a week now!

    @Ofcom @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for sharing, no amount of persuasion or quoting the Equality Act would these Advisors and Managers agree to take my call via a recognised text relay service. I was actually hung up on by one Advisor and calls disconnected when transferring to Customer Services team.

    @ThreeUK The best network ever until 3 months ago. Don't know what is going on with you lot.. Calls constantly dropping out the data is shocking to the point Giff Gaff has better connectivity. I have been hoping this was a temp thing but 3 months ....
