    Managed to get thru a days work thanks to tethering my data terminal to @ThreeUK as @O2 can’t seem to fix the data issue. Massive thanks @ThreeUK for excellent customer service, guiding me thru the tethering process and ensuring it comes from data allowance so no extra charge!

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope, not for over a year. It happened while on a train coming back from Bristol, I lost signal and got the roaming R badge, I turned data roaming back on (I was in Japan last week, you charge £3/MB there) and got that message.

    Awful service from @ThreeUK. Pre-ordered phone was ‘lost’ which I had to find out myself. Am told to wait for a 5 day inquiry. Meanwhile I am £100 out of pocket with no phone. Terrible first impression as a new customer.

    @kellyjeaaann @ThreeUK I honestly have no problems with it. I think they're really good! Used to be connected to Wi-Fi at home but decided to just use my data all the time a few months back. I use around 80gb a month and the coverage is good with fast speeds in most places I go

    @ThreeUKSupport Another provider, but he's been with you for years. His work tried to ring him but he went to answer and no service available. He was in Watford at the time, last time it went down it was also in Watford. When I rang him I got no server available message come up.

    @JagoDavies @ThreeUK Me too. I got my first Three phone in March 2003. I never had any issues up until earlier this year. I was the biggest fan! But I’m sick and tired of not having a phone or data connection that works. I’m sick and tired of them lying to me.

Seems fair Or they have given other customers a free booster when they have reported bad coverage and service Loads of Three issues

    Currently travelling in Thailand and have no ability to make phone calls, @ThreeUK told me this was fixed four days ago after I spent nearly £30 on data contacting them. It is not fixed, apparently they can not access my account to see the problem (that was “fixed” already).
