@ThreeUKSupport I found out the reason , for some reason you deactivated my sim card before I received the new one which was being sent to fix my network issues. It meant no one at work could reach me all day and I could not make any call.

@ThreeUKSupport Pretty much everywhere I go, my postcode is N16 5PF but it’s particularly bad around the Manor House, Angel, Kings Cross and Covent Garden areas .. my phone says I have full 4G and nothing loads. I have an iPhone XR 64GB .. I also pay £46 a month so really I expect it to work

I’ve just spent 2 weeks in the USA using the @ThreeUK GoRoam and had perfect signal and fast 4G the entire time. I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow ‘4G’. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!

@ThreeUKSupport Went back to 3 store whose reply was "go online, if that don't solve it then go to Ofcom" Went online help who told me bluntly to go back to 3 store. Went back there and store manager resolved some of issue but money still being taken from my account, so much for customer service

@ThreeUKSupport (A) I turned off my phone when I travelled abroad and I only turned it back on to retrieve information. I never called anyone, sent a text or used my email, but within a space of 4 days I was charged £18 for Roaming Charges. On the 5th day I removed my sim.
