@ThreeUKSupport I was interested in the iPhone XR. However, my local store told me I’d have to pay for the handset anyway - kind of negates the “we’ll pay your upgrade fee as a treat” incentive as the price difference isn’t even that much! I’d rather wait until my contract actually expires!

Been 3 months since I left @VodafoneUK after 9 years, so far @ThreeUK have been been incredible customer service wise compared to Vodafone. Really strongly wouldn’t recommend Vodafone for long term contract.

@paflad @ThreeUKSupport Good luck with that too 😁 Went yesterday and got Mr J Worth. He refused to help as I don't have a driving licence or passport. Tried again today and got a very helpful lady who accepted my birth certificate and council tax payment card as id.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm not sure how long I've had the account but it's at least 5 years. Content filters were never activated. This problem only occurred today. Went to the 3 shop to try and get it removed but they refused as I had no photo id.

@veryfastreader @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Yeah, @VodafoneUK should be investigated to be honest, their processes encourage getting into bad debt & they are super unhelpful & pretty rude. So far 3 months with @ThreeUK & they’ve been amazing & £50/ month cheaper & unlimited data.

@ThreeUK How long until you sort your app out re payments?? Always says payment failed as not a UK address then make it again, still failed then it will work...check bank and been charged at least twice. Happened 4 times I’ve used this app to pay. Well known issue as staff aware.

Out of the data centre and closer to radio network. But they've been saying that since the 3g era and it hasn't caught on
