@brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Kim. Not making changes is one thing. Retaining the full value of DDs is another. If writing's a covid issue I could understand but that wasnt mentioned. I was only told the complaint couldnt be pursued in writing/escalated further internally, has to be the Ombudsman
