@paulaakpan @ThreeUK I’ve had the same problem , I told the advisor that their service had dropped. Longer waiting times on the phone to call them.
@ThreeUKSupport I'd focus on getting 4g fixed first, full 4g signal with speeds slower than an old dial up modem is hardly an incentive to go rushing in to 5g.
@racingandtravel @ThreeUK Try their online chat service between 9am-2pm Hope this helps. As their call centre staff are useless unless you’re trying to open a new contract.

@ThreeUK Was patronisingly told that there had never been anything wrong with chat, that the online chat team and phone chat team couldn't possibly communicate and they were unable to see any chat conversations. So glad I've left. Just want to stop being charged and get my money back!

Shocking service from @ThreeUK: Lying, broken promises, continuing to bill months after cancellation confirmed! Now customer service call centre refusing to look at customer online chat records to confirm past agreements or refer to manager or complaints #BadCustomerService
I wouldn’t be surprised if @ThreeUK turn out to be experiencing a significant loss of customers. Their lack of reliable signal is so bad!
