@ThreeUKSupport My wife has the same issue as well in the same areas. The signal is just weak and slow speeds. It’s frustrating as I love the Go Roam but this is a pain

@ThreeUKSupport In all honesty it is poor on both frequencies. It’s just slow to load anything, so frustrating

@TIWaggoner @ThreeUK Too true! I’m sure there are good people working @ThreeUK who know exactly where the problems are - but the cost just doesn’t add up for Excel people. As long as it doesn’t affect revenue, nothing will happen. It’s the same in infosec...

@TIWaggoner @ThreeUK Hah! I just want to get out of the contract I have because I have been cheated that I will get unlimited data, when in fact there is a fine print there about ‘we have congestion problems’. I’m sure I don’t have the power to go against @ThreeUK but I sure as hell will try.

@notameadow @ThreeUK It's looking like we're headed down another path of promise to a cemetery of despair. X/end

Travis Waggoner (@TIWaggoner) reported
@notameadow @ThreeUK Once a carrier heads down a pathway they try and implement least cost. Once they've short changed it for a few years the cost benefit analysis will never allow them to fix. Tech is still too black box for most, even some of those working in the field. And decisions are made 1/x

@TIWaggoner @ThreeUK So from business perspective, there’s no reason to fix it.

@TIWaggoner @ThreeUK It comes down to customer demand. I don’t even want to argue with them as there’s no point (although I will try the lawsuit way). They don’t provide Internet in the most congested areas but there’s WiFi there so the majority will not complain.
