    @AmazonHelp Yes connected with your team. But instead of helping me to sort out the issue he suggested that he can initiate a refund. Your team doesn't want to deliver a full order. Will be heading to consumer court for this. It's a case of cheating and providing incorrect info.

    Twice in the last month I have ordered a book online from an indie bookshop. Bezos doesn't love me. I like to support them because I want them. And twice it has been marked up pricewise and delivered for Amazon anyway. What a broken system.

    @AmazonHelp Unfortunately that has been going on for over a week of us asking for a solution from both companies. Both refuse to refund/fix it and point the finger at each other. It’s been back and forth between Amazon and PlayStation and it’s getting old.

    @scottycottonwo1 @kageneko @blackblocpoly Did they create new jobs? Or did they streamline jobs that already existed under their own banner. Amazon shut down hundreds and thousands of their competitors by undercutting prices and forcing the closing of those competitors. For every job they created I'd wager they lost 10.

    @Max_Stark8 @dongillette @amazon I’ve received plenty of books and other items damaged from them. I’ve even caught their drivers slinging things across my front porch. All they do is offer an automatic refund. They do nothing to rectify the problem.
