    @BTCare Says there is good service. Hub seems ok at the moment though, maybe just a glitch. I’ll see how it goes. Thanks for the prompt reply.

    @BTCare Yes. Divorce forced house sale. Rental has broadband. So left contract. Nowhere to transfer too. As a teacher it's tough to have free time. Finally find new home. Told nothing can be done. BT loyalty to customer of 35 years is zero, considering reciprocating.

    @BTCare We've had a broadband fault open for months, an engineer came to our house and couldn't resolve the issue as the problem was at the exchange. We have been charged as according to a phone conversation that never happened, I said that we couldn't make or receive calls.

    @BTCare I haven’t made any decisions about my service. This is after phone calls from BT telling me that I’ve requested to change providers, when I didn’t. I see what you are doing.

    @BTCare every day this week I have received a call from automated system saying BT internet is going to shut down. press one to fix it or press to to disconnect the internet. The scam sometimes calls twice day. I am not a BT customer.

    @BTCare No! They randomly sent someone without warning - they said there was a 'problem at the exchange' and they'd 'fix it in 2 days' and that was all.

    @malongoman @BTCare Fingers crossed for you. The 5th Open Reach guy that came to us diagnosed problem, scaled up telegraph poles and replaced wire, the others were hopeless. Do you have a case worker? Once you have one they chase for you. We were ‘off’ for 5 weeks.

    @BTCare Your web site rejects us, so we have no access to our account and cannot control payments. Your offshore telephone staff (I’ve spoken to 3) speak appalling English and have been unable to offer any help. So, 2 hours to cancel a service - utterly pathetic

    On the phone 4 times to @BTCare / @bt_uk to resolve being mis-sold broadband packages. Promise of call back broken. Happy to take the the cash, not so following up & resolving problems

    @BTCare I'm not a customer just received a scam call, my BT internet has been hacked and corrupted,they needed access to my internet through my computer,tell me steps needed to fix the encryption and the internet. Was told BT does not send out engineers to fix these problems

    @BTCare Hi Shane. Yep tried that a couple of times, it says everything seems fine. Any other ideas? We tried to get an engineer out before, but you'll probably see from our account logs that they never showed up so obviously I'm apprehensive to risk taking another day off work.

    @BTCare BT DontCare - so another day of broken promise. Stayed in awaiting a call which would happen before 9pm. Nothing. 2 day wasted for something which should be simple. What does a customer have to do to get help.

    @OssettMike @BTCare Just seen this via a round about route. Have you tried logging a formal complaint on the web site. You get a complaint number and then you can keep escalating. Don't do it on the phone because they will close it without your permission
