@emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services. Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.

  • richardfoster1 Richard Foster (@richardfoster1) reported from London, England

@bt_uk just switched over to BT broadband (with @EE ) but no internet. Equipment worked fine on precious EE connection… help!

  • EpsomMental Allen_lovemymind (@EpsomMental) reported from Croydon, England

I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

  • JohnnyDowling10 Johnny Dowling (@JohnnyDowling10) reported from Croydon, England

It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

  • VixThatRuns Vix (@VixThatRuns) reported from Redhill, England

  • justcryhavoc Ororo Munroe (@justcryhavoc) reported from London, England

@btsport Could you kindly inform me of how to cancel your service which we have via sky? I telephoned this morning and was rudely told that I would have to call Sky. Your website indicates otherwise.

  • excellenceinLDN Lonely-planet-girl (@excellenceinLDN) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk I cannot log into MyBT app nor the BT website. Is the system down? I need to access my bills urgently.

  • frostefroste Patrick Frost (@frostefroste) reported from Blindley Heath, England

Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

  • EpsomMental Allen_lovemymind (@EpsomMental) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England

@bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

  • ilopezcard Ingrid Lopez Cardona (@ilopezcard) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

  • SMarxx4 Sandro Rosa (@SMarxx4) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England

@bt_uk You definitely need to sort out you customer service. It’s been a shame. Keeping saying you’re extremely busy at moment. If you’re busy get more people to answer the calls.I’m really sure I won’t get that on sales team. Philip Jensen do something

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • PureH11 PureH (@PureH11) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Basically, half your matches wouldn't be streamed anyway thanks to the 3pm Blackout, which is for all Football in the UK which is to encourage people to actually go to the grounds instead of staying at home and 9 times out of 10 would watch a prem match over the lower league.

  • towning_dave Classic Dave (@towning_dave) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport The argument of expanding the fan base of other teams is not proven, the argument is to purely tap into Wrexham’s international appeal which is only based on your own Hollywood support. There is no domestic let alone international market for Wealdstone or Woking streaming

  • Stephen14303549 Steve McDonald (@Stephen14303549) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Buying Wrexham and making the vanarama bational league a watchable and available service to all was just a pipe stream

  • Aidan_Gamble Aidan Gamble (@Aidan_Gamble) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Is your proposal that the home team keeps all the revenue, in the same way that the home team keeps all the revenue for league games? Have no real issue for overseas streaming if so.

  • BownDiggyRiggy IKnowSomeoneWhoseDadWasKilledByAnEagle (@BownDiggyRiggy) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Might be a stupid question but wouldn't that defy the incentive to watch the show? Like if we all know the scores to all the games that would act as spoilers to each episode right ? Kinda like skipping to the end of the series or watching a highlights.

  • JWILSON990 James Wilson (@JWILSON990) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport The 3pm blackout is years old Ryan it’s a shambles it needs to be ditched in this day and age .

  • scottio101 Scottio (@scottio101) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Problem is.. no one would go to the stadiums, or certainly not as many. And not every club has 2 celebrity owners to attract international streams.

  • mikczmarski a bar of soap 🧼 (@mikczmarski) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport How fooking stupid is that yah right me man turtle wankers mate borgish decision making

  • mark_parry1 Mark Parry (@mark_parry1) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Such a bad idea. Wrexham are the only club which benefit from this, talking advantage of the documentary. It would have a negative impact on other clubs, with causal fans choosing to watch on stream rather than attend the match, taking away valuable income. Clubs could fold

  • purplepenguin81 Kelly🐧🤘🌻🌱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🇬🇧 (@purplepenguin81) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport They think if they were to show it on TV then people won't go to the games but that is stupid as there is more supporters for most clubs than tickets
