    @BTCare Broadband has been terrible last few days. Only using one device, and horrendous lag in gaming. This a month after my bill goes from 25pm to 43. Why would I commit to an 18 month contract for this?

    @BTCare And when my services have been down for five days. It is the exchange where the problem is at. It’s not hard to send someone out to have a quick look at it like they were supposed to yesterday by 6pm which was another lie spouted

    @BTCare I got told yesterday that it would be free of charge. REGARDLESS you’ve made a false promise and haven’t stuck by your word. Please don’t expect me to pay a final bill when you can’t be bothered to send someone out free of charge to resolve a loyal customers problem

    @BTCare Regardless no one seems to want to sort the problem out without trying to charge me £130 for an engineer to come out when it’s been working fine up until I cancelled. And you took my £60 out fine on Friday and when I alerted you to my cancellation, the problems started.

    Great work by @BTCare - first told there was a fault in my area, then called up to see if it was fixed only to be told there was no such fault and no notes were made on my call. Then called today after more issues - it works then doesn’t, so it’s not my end... (1/2)

    @BTCare @hawkins_carole What outage? What email clients? Either way, the online chat people are simply not telling the truth. There seems to be an authentication problem for some people with the SAML system.

    @BTCare This is what we’ve been told the past 3 times when we’ve enquired and we’re still waiting, along with being offered to have the cable installation fee waived and a reduce in price as ‘good faith’ when we were offered that exact deal before the problems even started.

    @BTCare @gavalar83 I don't think the problem is limited to the app. I can't access the enhanced player via the website either. The link to it is missing. There's no option to use it. I've had this problem since last night. It was there to begin with yesterday but then has disappeared ever since.
