    @virginmedia On the phone to them this morning for 1hr 20mins. Spoke to 3 different people. I have decided that if my new Hub does not show up today I will cancel under the cooling off period and go with @bt_uk as they can have me online tomorrow.

    @bt_uk Trying to get through to help with password reset but cannot get through also online doesn’t help and reset password for email requires me to enter details you send me by email which appears a bit stupid

    What @bt_uk could do differently: As a minimum, agree a change with your customer. Don't just make a decision and send a text message. It's pretty ****** (I've been with BT for over 6 years). Kinda like being dumped via a text!

    @bt_uk my broadband has been down for over a week now. Every time I call you tell me to wait a couple more days for an update and it's starting to get ridiculous

    @bt_uk Cannot log into my btinternet email. Have tried resetting password but then it just says "You're not currently logged in to email - to login click here. Going round in circles. Please help! Thanks
