@bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

Anyone else got @bt_uk Broadband and having constant problems with @SkyHelpTeam @skytv ? I have to reset all the SkyQ boxes daily! £80 a month for problematic TV is extortionate! Cust Serv are about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot! Cancelling my Direct Debit until it’s sorted.

@bt_uk You say you’ve been in touch with Paige M’s manager. Waited all day, guess what...No call. Got hold of Liverpool office at 1.30, promised a call back off Pete or Joe, managers...guess what...No call back. Appalling customer service and no one at BT cares!!!

@bt_uk We can't get an order reference number until the line is active to create an order. That's what we've been told by your company. And we cant communicate with openreach to make them make the line active withiut going through a service provider.
