@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

  • spart1cus Tim Shufflebotham (@spart1cus) reported from Canterbury, England

What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

  • St_MargateUk St (@St_MargateUk) reported from Margate, England

Not only has the broadband service been bad, your mobile service is rubbish and you mislead customers when taking out contracts. @Ofcom @bt_uk @Capt_Hastings

  • shade306 Daniel Shade (@shade306) reported from Ashford, England

  • monkey1959neil Neil (@monkey1959neil) reported from Whitfield, England

So it's ok @btsport for Blackpool to protest about there owners , but not @SpursOfficial supporters to protest about kick off times at stupid times #COYS

  • QuaysideW Quayside Whitstable (@QuaysideW) reported from Chestfield, England

Sorry @btbusinesscare can't deal with the awful wifi any longer-been trying for 5 yrs. Going to defect to hopefully better service and cheaper contract. #aurevoir

  • SimonMoores Simon Moores (@SimonMoores) reported from Margate, England

@charlesarthur @BTCare I know the feeling. I physically had to walk the engineer down to the building site and show him the large hole, two severed cables and two guilty-looking labourers.

  • MrRV RV (@MrRV) reported from Sturry, England

@BTCare Thanks for a very professional response to what I realise was a very rude tweet. Yeah, hub dropped to orange then flashing and back to Blue....and then repeated a couple of times. Not the best timing as was end of the Bath\Quins match!

@bt_uk #goingviral with extremely bad customer service. Frustration is the word that well describes being a customer at @bt_uk

  • mariareaea Ria (@mariareaea) reported

@Seanc206 @bt_uk @Sean206 you can have ours. It has screwed up our home network and about to pull it all out after no answer at 'customer services' for days.

  • Blueseven7 E (@Blueseven7) reported

@bt_uk ignoring us will not fix our broadband issue. #dreadfulservice @bt_uk contacting us and fixing our broadband connection is the correct answer that of course we do not have #ignoringtheissue

  • andrewmoss76 andrew moss (@andrewmoss76) reported from Liverpool, England

@virginmedia btsport 2 no signal missing the match here get it sorted

  • mariareaea Ria (@mariareaea) reported

@bt_uk 2 days of trying to get through to Bt. Need to make a serious complaint. Since installing smart hub I can't print or connect to remote desktop. So I can't work. I want out of this contract. I don't care how fast my network is, it's now useless.

  • Blueseven7 E (@Blueseven7) reported

@bt_uk = #disappointedcustomers seriously not only our issue is not fixed, when we call we stay on the line for hours until the battery of our landline phone dies #apalingcustomerservice

  • Blueseven7 E (@Blueseven7) reported

@bt_uk Once again we are being ignored and the issues still happen. @bt_uk doesn’t take care of their customers. We have contacted them a billion times and nothing is done or fixed #worstservice

  • dhidevon Phil at DHIDevon. (@dhidevon) reported

@bt_uk In this modern world where everything we do is mobile, why would I tie myself to my home. Nearly everywhere on the high street, pubs, library etc have free wifi. Pay as you go doesn't require notice periods or contracts. Why tie yourself down! And rural communities still lack BB.

  • BenMainwaring1 Ben🐝 (@BenMainwaring1) reported

@foodyphil @btsport @bt_uk I’m having the same problem using Apple TV, the app keep crashing and coming up with errors
