    @btsportmotogp @MotoGP @btsport Cal has never been given the top bike and still over achieves almost every week, or pushes too hard and dnf's. Bradley achieved a hell of a lot with Yam, then made an error with going to KTM and couldn't ride a poor bike. Give a Brit a GOOD factory ride!

    @BTCare Hi, I spoke to 1 of your complaints handlers yesterday: Natasha. As a resolution specialist she left a lot to be desired. Rude, condescending, arrogant, & unhelpful. As a long standing customer, I expected better.

    @BTCare They’ve confirmed receipt of it so that’s down to them. There’s not really much point asking have they/have I. The request had been made and BT have not adhered to the timeframes set by the ICO.

    @BTCare I renewed my broadband contract on 02.11 & was told smart hub was on its way. Called again on 12.11 to be told it hasn’t been sent & they would send that day...it still hasn’t arrived. Can you help! Disappointed that I am having to chase this up again! 😒

    @BTCare @bt_uk Considering I've tweeted you twice in the last few months with the same issue and had no response I would suggest that you're not happy to help and you actually don't give a shit
