@bt_uk I raised a complaint re spam emails and it has now been closed with the issue still live. The email letting me know this ended up in this spam folder!!!! The only way I can contact you re this is by phone or writing. Can you please give me an email address?

@bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @LynchY194 @bt_uk 1. You can use your BT4600 phone by plugging into the green phone port on back of BT Smart Hub 2. 2. Your extension won’t work anymore. Alt: DIY job and wire it to the back of the router. 3. Call blocking should still work 4. All of UK is moving to digital phone lines service

Hey @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp our home internet has been down for 10 days now. You’ve assured my partner several times it’s been fixed when it hasn’t. It’s impossible for us to work from home and it’s having a negative financial impact on us. Can someone please fix this ASAP.
