@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Yes if you can, I keep receiving emails and texts to send back my kit but I never received what I ordered and quite frankly I am sick of receiving these emails asking to send something back I never had! I don't want to be charged for it.
