@WardDEC @bt_uk @StMagnusBay Our last fault last month was the same. The line was so crackly I could hear patients. They said do you really want an engineer it’s £250 if it’s a problem inside. Yes! I need the phone to work. It turned out to be outside the house...

Been trying to work out what ******** is happening with the @BT_UK Digital Voice migration. We use our own router (because their hardware is, and always has been, terrible) and now it seems if we want to keep the landline we have to switch to their router?

@bt_uk Why is it that when you were signing me up for fibre your response was quite good. Now that I’ve had no service for 5 weeks it’s appalling, slow, clueless and no sign of a fix. Nobody should trust you guys ever !

@bt_uk Ignore the marketing rubbish from BT, the reality is their service is appalling. I’ve had no service for 5 weeks (and counting) but all I get is a clueless customer service department and failed promises. I’ve been given 3 ‘commitment dates,’ all passed and failed
