    @BTCare I am already in a queue on my mobile, I think it’s time to move to @SkyUK... been a loyal customer for years but the simple customer retaintion from yourself is terrible.

    @BTCare Nope no issues, my line is is plugged in to the main socket and my phone can make and receive calls. I would normally call your contact centre but the absolute shocking customer service I have had in the past, I would rather not.

    @BTCare am I meant to believe that it’s a conisedence that I rang up to complain about the price of broadband and now it doesn’t freaking work? Been out for a hour?!? Absolutely terrible. Someone needs to call me back right now!!

    @BTCare Phone number 01538528809 you tell me, my partner has just been on the phone to your help desk for 50 minutes only to be told that the team she was advised she needs to speak to didn’t want to and it would have to be a complaint?? Beyond belief!

    @BTCare Despite several attempts, nobody has confirmed what is causing the issue and no, despite several requests an engineer has not been arranged!

    @BTCare I ordered a BT line and BB when i moved house, 2 months later we actually get a line, but it doesnt work, needs dig work on the road near the property. Openreach repeatedly give excuse that dig work has been arranged but never gets done.

    @BTCare This has not worked as you might expect and I have been told to await a call tomorrow from 11. I think you should update everyone nationally and acknowledge the problem. I am awaiting an urgent email and I am sure others are too. This is not acceptable service

    @BTCare @OpenreachHelp 4 months waiting for you to organise a working phone line, it is STILL not working, Tried talking to BT staff and get hung up on. Im sick of the weekly promises just to get let down repeatedly

    @BTCare your customer service is HORRENDOUS... feel like you’ve never dealt with anyone moving in to a new build before because no one seems to know what to advise us?!?! So much conflicting information - so poor!
