    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    I can honestly say the customer service at @bt_uk is second to non. Even though they don’t connect me for 3 weeks!!!! They’ve still been great 👍🏽

    @bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    Sad but our poor service from  @BT_uk  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems 😣

    @bt_uk a number of people in the household work remotely, so wifi is essential. the reasoning is irrelevant because the only way we can get a new internet provider is to cancel the cease order

    @btsport I pay to watch football from you on my laptop but can not remember last time when I watched whole game without freezing stream. Nothing like that happens on NowTV, maybe you could ask them how to deliver paid content properly? I pay real money, bring me a real service.

    I wonder if anybody senior from @OpenreachHelp or @bt_uk has ever experienced their customer service? 17 days with no phone, broadband etc. and no dot at either organisation gives a hoot. 10+ hours on the phone so far, empty promises and vacant apologies.

    @bt_uk As per my second tweet it hasn’t just happened to him it’s also happened when my mother in law called her auntie (in a different dialling code to my dad) on landline to landline earlier on today so wouldn’t appear to be a issue with my dads phone but a wider system issue.
