    @BTCare 4th day with no broadband. Please can you try to help. One day I’m told it’s a network problem then just now texted to do some home checks. Have already had 2 engineer visits and a new hub. Does anyone actually know anything? @bt_uk is a really poor service provider

    Ok..., three times now I’ve had a dodgy call centre try to tell me there’s a problem with my internet from BT .... anyone else getting this (stop this please @BTCare)

    @BTCare Hmm, I don’t think I was able to get that far as I called up the main customer care number and they advised me of my options. (I could be wrong though)

    @BTCare my fibre broadband was due to start yesterday, but was delayed by (at least) 9 days for an engineer appointment (on a workday) due to unexplained ‘technical issues’. The hub and modem are all fitted. The call advisors have no information available. What’s going on?

    @bt_uk @BTCare As a #BT customer I expect a response, which is also what my neighbour expects with help on getting a cable moved on a telegraph pole but BT say they cannot help ! Well let’s see if @virginmedia @SkyUK need any more customers?

    @BTCare It was too late to do that, I'd already left the premises; it simply needs the policy updating not me going in to a protracted support conversation about guest WiFi.

    @BTCare @OpenreachHelp We are a new install god knows what the issue is now I can’t keep up! One engineer just left after 3 hours now expecting one this afternoon but won’t get my hopes up. If it’s not working by 3pm tomorrow we will have to go elsewhere we can’t go on any longer like this

    @BTCare Is it possible for one person to own this problem? I've spoke to various people on here today and via your call centre over last 2 weeks,I've sent an email to bt customer care over an hour ago today and had no response to that. I want a phone call today please to get this sorted

    @BTCare I have your services currently. I ordered on the 3rd and was live on the 18th. I tried to give you my custom 4 times believe it or not. The issue I have now is what I’m receiving is not what I originally requested BT said they would honour the original deal as wasn’t my fault

    @RuggerHugger70 @btsportrugby Quite possibly but then they’re both playmakers, unlike OF. Don’t get me wrong, he’s probably be one of the first names down on the teamsheet but he’ll never set the world alight - which shouldn’t really matter, unless @btsport are bigging you up for that very reason.
