    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @bt_uk Tech support. I was told: "They can be reached at: 0800 218 2182 Or 0808 100 6116 Or 0800 145 6789 Timings : 9am to 5:30pm on Mon-Fri and 9am to 2pm on Sat" Try 0800 218 2182 and press 2, see if it hangs up on you as well.

    @bt_uk The problem isn't something you will be able to help with. One of my Simpler Networks powerline adapters stopped working. Totally dead. Probably the fuse. I removed the four screws to check but it still won't open. I wanted to know if there's a catch, or a fifth screw I missed.

    @bt_uk I wish you didn’t have people knocking the door trying to sell me your services twice yesterday they were at my door despite a ‘no salespersons’ sign on my door. 100% happy with Sky would never go back to BT Broadband due to a very bad experience. #doortodoor

    @BTCare could you please send an engineer out. Terrible connection issues all the time, I work for openreach and the tests I’ve carried out are awful. I’d look into it more but I haven’t got the time and my property isn’t on the patch I work from. Thanks

    @bt_uk I’m afraid we’ve already had line tests run, and lots of contact from BT (which I appreciate). The problem is clearly @OpenreachHelp , but they are not fixing the issue quickly. How can me and my neighbours put pressure on open reach? We need this fixing very quickly for work.
