    @BTCare house move booked with u on 21/9. Advised new phone and broadband up and running 5/10. This day arrives and no service! Contacted bt and the order was cancelled on 2/10 no reason given and no contact made with us. Earliest u now say it can be done 23/10! NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @BTCare So BT, I was told all repairs should've been finished and my service restored by 5pm at the latest by 5pm yesterday. So why is it not and why haven't I been contacted and advised of the situation? #ShoddyCustomerService #BtWoes #BT

    @BTCare Sadly not. Furthermore courtesy of the engineer I've found out that I'm not connected to fibre broadband but exchange only copper wire. Having had fibre for the 2 plus years I presume I'll be due a refund for the service I've never had? #BT #PhoneWoes

    @SkyUK You are quite correct. @BTCare customer service was shockingly quite indifferent to the problem. Just spent a further 35 minutes of my life conversing with a vacuous assistant only to get no further forward. The end of landline communication is not far away... #ShoddyBT

    @BTCare But as I have said. I spoke to someone on the live chat before placing the order. I told them that I couldn’t pay the upfront cost then they suggested adding onto my next bill then paying it with the reward card. I never would have signed up if I would have known! How’s that fair

    @BTCare Yes I have applied. I am a new customer and was told rather than pay for he upfront cost straight away I could choose option to pay on next bill but then could pay that off with reward card! Now first bill has come no reward card! Was not told it would take that long!!

    @BTCare I was told that my reward card would help to pay the one off fee for installation on my first bill. My first bill is now £84.99 and reward card still not here and bill is due on 1st July 2018. I can’t pay it if I haven’t got that card which I was told I would have!!!!!

    @prime1959 @bt_uk Yeah, my advice for anyone would be to not use the email service that's tied with BT or any other ISP for that matter. Stick with genuinely free email providers (GMail, Outlook, ProtonMail, etc.) to avoid the headache of having to migrate to a new address if your contract ends.

    No phone line or broadband again today because of the incompetence of @bt_uk. They have not a care in the world that it means our card machine is down and we are having to inconvenience customers and send them to a cash machine (yesterday in the rain as well). @BTBusiness

    @Ofcom Hi I have a problem with @bt_uk one of their customers has ordered their services to my dad's address and it's caused his provider to close his account and BT are now blocking his line and won't help us. We don't know who their customer is either so we're stuck.

    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!
