@bt_uk I did. Spoke to a lovely man who re contracted me but after I realised I’d lost 4k subscription. Price already increased and get 4k back would’ve cost more again so had to cancel all changes

@bt_uk hub broken by electrician causing power surge. Bt sent out another hub 21 Oct unfortunately via Royal mail who have sent it to Yorkshire despite us living 250 miles in the opposite direction. Please can you send out another hub. Otherwise have to use alternative provider

Hi @bt_uk, what an absolute rip off you people are. I just phoned to take the TV from my subscription and just keep the landline and broadband, but the rep I spoke to said I can’t do it unless I take out a 24-month contract??? You’re in the process of losing a customer. Bye 👋🏻

@bt_uk I was told at sign up my wife would be sufficient with out upgrade. I wanted my wife installed at the front of the house near the devices it wasn’t due to Covid. I upgraded my package with you to the 300 no help. I asked for complaint dept to email he said they won’t.
