@BTCare BT must have the worst customer service ever. No help what so ever from obviously a call centre somewhere other than the UK. Constantly increasing prices for poor service . Contact def NOT getting renewed with this lot again .

@pjdrummerman @bt_uk Had weeks of dealing with Virgin over a similar issue where I ended up moving to sky. Broken promises and then denying they ever said things on the phone
@bt_uk Residential, however my problem is I live in the middle of nowhere so mobile signal is very unreliable.
@bt_uk @MarcAllera Can someone with authority get a grip on the BT Community posts re NowTV, answer the points raised and shut down the misinformation being posted. 500 posts in 36 hours is phenomenal and needs urgent addressing. Not doing so is leading the company into disrepute
Can you believe that @bt_uk can’t fix a fault at there interchange for almost 20days after it being reported! I have spoken to numerous customer service reps now and they can only offer compensation for the time in without my supply. What about the money I’m losing! SELF EMPLOYED
@bt_uk Where you get passed around from agent to agent with no solution. Can you please provide me with an answer. I just tried calling but again someone hung up on me. (Part 3)
@bt_uk Who agreed that I would pay no cancellation charge and I would be due compensation. This was also confirmed on 30 Dec with the agent telling me I would receive a call on 22 Jan. No call. And now I’m receiving a bill. What a terrible, terrible service. (Part 2)
@bt_uk I cancelled my account due to the terrible service I received - initially from the broadband but then the customer service where I was passed around from agent to agent with no resolution. I then contacted your colleague in Cornwall on 28 Dec (part 1)
@bt_uk what a fantastic dis-service you run. I got uisance calls from non-existing numbers all day - so I call your service line, wait for 15 minutes roughly until someone connects and then immediately hangs up. Just Lovely.
@bt_uk This was all set up through EE as i have a phone contract with them. They advised that as they are your customer then i couldnt complain directly to BT. Its caused a lot of issues now and really unacceptable. Im hoping this is now high priority as EE have raised a complaint
@bt_uk the @bt_uk sales team ensured me that provisioning a new service and cancelling the previous residents' was a routine process for you. I'd hate to imagine how you'd perform on a difficult task given your appalling service on a supposedly easy one.
