@bt_uk Avoid bt. My partner asked number change and was not done she was subject to **** threats and calls last night a vulnerable adult left abused by bt. They refuse to do other or credit my bill. AVOID BT BAD COMPANY

@bt_uk Managed to resolve the issue over the phone but seriously unimpressed that BT knew there was a problem with my house move for 4 days before letting me know there was an issue or taking steps to fix it, we won’t have broadband til 8th March and we moved on 27th Feb.

Anyone elses BT Sport crash on PlayStation 5? Mine will be all fine then randomly crash and fail to restart every 25 minutes or so. Very annoying and it's been happening since Christmas #BTSport #PS5 #FULTOT
