@bt_uk I closed my account early it was that bad! Customer service was crap, wifi was crap. 4 engineers out, they were crap. Joined Virgin instead... They are crap too

@PippaCrerar @bt_uk "BT Hotspot" is piggy-backing on other people's BT Broadband service. It would only work for a household if one of your neighbours is with BT, hasn't opted out of Hotspot, doesn't turn their router off, and it's in range. It's not nothing but I can see why DfE turned it down.

@bt_uk I'm sorry this government and @GavinWilliamson were so awful at delivering Internet vouchers to disadvantage children. If you still have the vouchers I'm sure many children would appreciate it and I'm sure @MarcusRashford would be able to assist with this.

@bt_uk we moved from Sky Broadband because we would have the same issues as we’re having now, we moved to you because initially you reassured us we wouldn’t have the same problems we were having at sky but it’s not been very much of an improvement if I’m brutally honest.

@bt_uk and despite what Speedtest suggests it’s often much quicker to use our own 4G on our phones than the WiFi you provide - I mean personally I get over 80GB so I never run out - but we shouldn’t have to considering the amount we spend on our internet with you.
