Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

    @bt_uk @BTGroup way of resolving a complaint. Phone before 0900 on Saturday and lunchtime Sunday. If you don’t answer they close your complaint without providing a written update - but email confirmation of your closed complaint. Rubbish customer service. Time to move to Sky

    @bt_uk not impressed with the ability of open reach to activate broadband services in a timely manner for a family going into isolation before our daughter has major surgery just after a house move. One mix up after another. Maybe this will get someone to help. Not impressed!

    Set up a new account with @bt_uk in December they have said so many lies and the service has been extremely poor from @OpenreachHelp. Still No internet, This has started to make me feel very unwell as it’s consuming me with the time I have spent trying to get this sorted!
