@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk Hi, someone drunk drove into our internet post at the end of the road at the weekend which caused it to go down and we still have no internet and no sign it’s been looked at/fixed. Is there any chance you can send a ****** out to us as some family members need it for work? Thanks
