@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@bt_uk Hi, it’s not that it’s not been resolved, but like @johnalexjones, it’s just been closed with no other information provided, so I’ve genuinely no idea what you did with it. I’ve decided to cancel my services anyway so I guess it’s all bit of a moot point anyway

@bt_uk why is your broadband so poor in certain areas? I'm getting 6meg with you but can get 250 with virgin media and they use the same equipment as BT
