    Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

    @Steve_Manners @bt_uk Totally agree. I am having endless problems but BT tell me nothing is wrong, send me jargon and links, refuse to talk to me like a human, and fob me off. BT are expensive crap.

    @btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan

    @bt_uk TERRIBLE SERVICE and lying staff. I just moved to the UK from Canada and I’ve been here since September 1st - that’s 22 days without wifi because of incompetence. Due to multiple “errors” on the part of BT staff both in store and on the phone,

    Why @bt_uk cancel an engineer and say I’ve reported the fault as fixed when I’ve done nothing of the sort is beyond me. And being told a 4G hub would be delivered in 24 hours and hasn’t because it want processed is a joke. Over 15 years as a customer and am now looking elsewhere.
