    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    When you're supposed to get compensation for a missed appointment or service why do we have to "claim" it & why is the "claim" window time limited? Perhaps @bt_uk can explain, especially as they boast about it.

    I am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡

    @SkySports really haven’t got the hang of the recap option like @btsport have - when I click on the red card incident I want to see what happened, not just the referee waving the card…

    Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

    @BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk do not understand the mental stress they are causing with incorrectly charging me over triple the amount they should every month. 0 help from customer services or complaints. Where do I go from here?

    @btsport we bought bt sport 1 month pass on our smart TV for 25 pounds. The app only worked sometimes. Called to complain and you choose to do nothing. Waste of money. Please avoid if you don't want terrible customer service.

    Hi @BTCare my WiFi keeps dropping out probably due to my antique hub. How do I get a new one as my new devices are struggling to connect now. No issue with the line, it’s literally just dropping connections.

    @bt_uk shocking customer service from BT. Raised a complaint and was told that the complaint would be marked as resolved even without resolve…. Go figure #bt_uk a bit like marking one’s own homework. Come back #sky all is forgiven. DO NOT USE BT BROADBAND…. Rubbish service

    I'm waiting for a BT engineer to fix my noisy landline. Booked for between 1-6 pm today. Just checked fault history to find 'Engineer Visit Complete' at 1.03pm! Amazing....no engineer called at house to check..... phone line still noisy! Waste of time. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk It's incredibly slow or not loading at all on my PC too. Only twitter, other sites are OK. Twitter is fine over mobile data which is also bt.

    @bt_uk been a loyal customer for years. Found bill had gradually increased to £50/m over the years and was advised to change package reassured it wouldn't affect me if I had to move (Dec 2020). Now being charged £120 for "ending my contract early." Is this how you reward loyalty?
