    @BTCare I had 2 phone calls with your operators over the weekend. They were awful, didn't try to resolve the problem and tried to provoke arguments

    @BTCare It's back working now but went through the troubleshooting program and rang the helpline but it didn't resolve the issue though

    @BTCare No haven't heard anything, think the issue is that we're far away from the cabinet that our internet is so slow. It's an Openreach issue

    @BTCare No idea! We have FTTP, when we check online it says we can order from our service provider, but when we order from you it won't go through?
