    @BTCare is there a problem with the BT mobile app for android? Been trying on and off for 3 days to get update on usage and all I have is spinning dial. I can stream no problem, just can't get usage update.

    @btbusinesscare I have already raise a complaint with BT, on the 12/10//17. Our net spend is 100k per year with BT and this is the service i get!?

    @BTCare Sometimes it flashes orange and sometimes stays blue. It’s wireless connection but nothing connected works...happens 4 - 5 times a week. This only started when we renewed our contract, never before. It’s been a lot slower too...

    @BTCare Hi, thanks for responding :D it's not a weird wireless adaptor it's actually pretty good and been using it for ages! If it was somethign wrong with that wouldn't it be constantly bad internet? I do get high upload through it.

    @BTCare Well BT ... it took 3weeks and one day for you to restore my Broadband connection!!! All I spoke to - helpful! BUT AWFUL COMMUNICATION AND ACTION. 22 days!!!!

    @BTCare I am aware of this ... but as I said in my contacts I will be making as much noise as possible. To show the public that BT don’t care about their customers .. and I will continue to do so until you sort out this issue.. so hold tight

    @PRaiology @bt_uk @BTCare There must be something like this already ? They seem to have no idea that in order to resolve an issue they need to take ownership not fob people off and redirect to endless different people / depts so you repeat yourself over and over but get nowhere

    @BTCare I reported it on renewel and you guys were going to charge me for a new router to “solve” my issues. Really not helpful and I should have been refered to technical which wasn’t suggested. You just stitched me into a new contract instead. So what can you do to keep my business?
