    @BTCare You do realise your tweet just highlights the reason why I’m now taking my custom elsewhere. Basically you are saying BT are happy to continue to charge me for a service I haven’t and still am not receiving @Ofcom £50 a month for 2mbps download speed....

    The #BTgate saga continues... speaking to @BTCare on DM. Refresh has not given me the promised internet speed. Dial up on AOL would be quicker and still paying over £50 a month for this poor service.....

    @BTCare I reported it on renewel and you guys were going to charge me for a new router to “solve” my issues. Really not helpful and I should have been refered to technical which wasn’t suggested. You just stitched me into a new contract instead. So what can you do to keep my business?

    @BTCare After finding out today my DD has jumped up £11 a month as out of contract-went to renew and was apologised to as I’ve only been getting 2mbps speed since I raised this at last renewel. No offer of extra discount or better deal once your tech guys admitted BTs error....very poor!

    @BTCare Getting rather fed up now, called you up numerous times, CB7 5BB, I have refreshed, I have reset, I have done everything, I like BT as a company but why does it keep dropping? 192.168.1.254 keeps saying Connected then goes to Disconnected. Shocking service.

    @BTCare I mean your customer service advisors do not understand English. You need to go back to school. I placed and order on the 10th April that is still not yet complete.

    @BTCare hi, today I received a call to my landline it went something like this..."my broadband will be terminated from toady as the line is being compromised from California summer exchange. press 1 for BT support, or 2 for other provider." Is this from you?

    @BTCare Spoken to customer services now. Earliest fix date 29/05. What's p*ssed us off is there is no record of the call I made at 6am this morning, and he also fed us some other rubbish!

    @BTCare Apparently they needed more time. It was the communication that was the problem then making us wait another 16 days with no explanation. Not a great impression for a new customer.
