    @BTCare please help! I’m an employee who simply wants to move my existing infinity service from my existing property to my new one. It’s fed from the same PCP - this couldn’t be simpler and my experience as a customer thus far is really poor!

    @BTCare I have a complaint ongoing and this won’t be on their list of things yet.... I’m due a follow up call on 29th but this now isn’t good enough as that team ensured me no money would be taken!! @BBCWatchdog might want to read my tweets!

    @neilmcrae @btbusinesscare Perhaps bi-directional MTR traces and pings would be more useful to you? I will create these on Friday when I next expect the issue to recur - the fault is causing packet loss from affected client to my VoIP infra - so ill use this for the test.

    @neilmcrae @btbusinesscare 1/2 There are 5 individual sites with the same issue in the screenshot I attached to my eatlier twitter post. I have others too. I am aware that the return path from the router could be different, however I am not sure how I can see the return path from the router myself?

    @BTCare Emailed a complaint relating to taking money from bank well after termination of 3 @bt_uk a/cs & get 2 calls. 1st from someone who immediately accepts is not qualified to deal with issue, 2nd asking why I’ve cancelled DD! The incompetence is mind blowing. Good riddance.

    @Ofcom is it misleading or a breach of contract for a company like @BTCare to offer a reward for joining them and not give you that reward? If so where can I complain? I have tried speaking with bt for over 3 months on the issue and still no resolution.
