    @BTCare They’ve now booked an engineer to come to the house on Wednesday!. t’s not the broadband not working that has annoyed me. It’s the lack of knowledge from staff members who keep making false promises and some being rude.I can give you my id number in dm if to put in the complaint.

    @BTCare Only half the issue. Waited so long to have a new by vision box sent. waiting for the handler to go through the system process to organise the replacement, I didn’t have time to solve the on going broadband dropping out issue.

    @BTCare Anyway i can fix this issue i have with my internet connection. Every few seconds games i'm playing go to 200 ping and freeze and then come back. (stuttering)

    @BTCare So i was contacted almost exactly 48hrs later answered the phone they hung up also still having my line restricted between 3pm and 1am all that has to be done (im guessing) is derestrict my service

    @BTCare Hi, yes I had 3 smart hubs over the past 2 years but the last 10 months has been terrible, router rebooted itself every day, extremely frustrating when watching tv online etc, since purchasing a TP-link router last week we’ve had zero drops, #smarthub is not a good router

    @BTCare Ok I will try that. This is by far the worst customer service. Even managers who promise calls back don’t deliver. Sets a great example for the rest of the agents on the floor. My dad is also disabled and does not need this stress!

    @BTCare Well after 10 months and many reported fault's and several engineer visits and being told by a call center expert that my line drop outs was due to my connected device's I've finally cured the problem, got rid of the crap smart hub, absolute joke it's been, not impressed

    @BTCare had issue after issue after issue with you’re customer service. So many people ‘cutting off’ when they can’t fix the problem. So many false promises by different people and one even adding a service to our account without my permission. Dreadful.

    @BTCare No he just said that it’s blocked. He changed the socket and tested with his equipment and confirmed my dads equipment is fine. I work in telecoms myself and broadband can only work with a line. There is an issue somewhere but no one is taking ownership to get this resolved.

    @BTCare my dad had services on Wednesday. Only broadband working. It’s not the his equipment. Engineer came out yesterday said line was blocked but everyone he spoke to wouldn’t help. My dad is constantly calling being promised calls back which aren’t happening. Terrible service!
