    @BTCare can you please explain why, when there is an issue with a Sky viewing card, does it then take 24hrs for the problem to be solved? Therefore miss the football?

    @BTCare No. But to be honest, as your own help pages say that the BT hub, has issues with Apple devices, it’s clearly a known issue. I’d hoped for some advice based on experience. Apple will then just refer me to you. Is your only tip, to separate the 2.4ghz and 5ghz frequencies?

    @btsport is there a problem with streaming BT Sport 1 in Ireland? All other stations streaming fine.

    @BTCare Oh I appreciate that but he didn’t do what he was supposed to and made it worse so openreach should jump through hoops to fix

    @BTCare slow fibre so engineer called today to fix - replaced hub5 - now NO internet and soonest date to fix next weds!! Not happy!!

    [email protected]Care of course it would have been preferable to avoid having to sue you by you not treating me like crap, lying to me, charging me for OpenReach wrecking my home phone system etc etc etc, wouldn’t it? But that’s way way too much to ask of utterly dysfunctional BT.
