    @BTCare Great, that’s good news that they are meant to, doesn’t help my situation. They have been booked in to sort my mother in laws internet and phone which had stopped working 11 days ago. No phone means no coms.

    @BTCare @BTGroup Either minimal speed or drops out altogether. Won't even stream iPlayer. I have been trying to get help for about 10 days. I keep getting promises but everyone useless.

    @BTCare The account holder (my housemate) said the wrong thing. It’s says on my login that I should have internet until the 7/01. Spoke to BT and they have completely cancelled it. Can we get this changed?

    @BTCare I've tried calling this number. It never even connects to a ring tone. Under your advice I signed up to this offer and now I'm paying £15 extra a month. Discraceful

    @BTCare There is and someone has dealt with the problem but he said there was nothing he could do about compensating me for the time and money I have wasted!!

    @BTCare I was told it’s a wireless issue. But now I’ve tried my laptop with the wired cable and that’s not working properly either. Comes and goes. Loads a page. Then just shows the next link loading. So it’s quite obvious it’s not just a WiFi issue

    @BTCare @SamWillingale @OpenreachGB Appalling service from a company that calls itself a ‘market leader’. No way to speak to OpenReach. Completely clueless people in call centres who have no idea what’s going on and a completely absent ‘case manager’. Total joke.

    @BTCare I was missold a package which I have spent two months having to sort and now it’s dealt with I am not being compensated for the time and money I have spent trying to deal with a problem which BT made!
