    @BTCare ... I was told 3 working days - tomorrow is 4 since it was ordered & a week since system died. Have yo7 any idea how annoying it is to be treated this badly? From day one I have said hub! Phoned last Fri to be told it is working- text to say it is working, tracker not working!

    @Crick247 @BTCare @Ofcom Still waiting for hub - tracker showing awaiting dispatch as of last night, now tracker page saying my phone line not working - but still receiving and making calls - total farce!

    @BTCare It was your engineers that initially identified fault at your end. Your Indian lady said it was your fault, but fixed. I have no confidence in you ability to identify problems @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog

    @BTCare Don't bother with the engineer then - send the router and await my complaint on the matter. Router less than a year old and broken. Engineer been out and did not bring one even though identified as the problem then charge me to rectify - good business plan @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog

    @Crick247 @BTCare @Ofcom 3 bloody times I told them it was the router - still did not bring one. I'm not paying to fix their problem - which is the better Sky or EE?

    @BTCare I urge you- look at my file. Describing in tiny bursts is NOT doing it any justice! Every single person I have have dealt with at BT has broken a promise or failed to properly deal with the case. It really is beyond a joke. #SHAMBLES #JOKERS #BTwho

    @BTCare I was then assigned a case manager and promised I would have internet by 29th May. I didn’t. Then promised again for 11th June.. surprise surprise nothing. In the interim I was given Tyler as a case manager, what a joke that was? Obviously never checked his voicemails!

    @BTCare I actioned a home move in April to move house on 9th May, this failed. I called and was put on hold constantly and in fact through the HOURS I have spent wasted on the phone to people who don’t have a clue, 2x the call timed out and I never had the courtesy of a call back.

    @BTCare Well who knows? I’ve had an open complaint for about a month but haven’t heard a peep from my case manager (Who’s VM now says he has changed roles? But I was told on the phone today that he was my case manager? Another miss-communication I see?)

    @BTCare Like most families, we use the Internet for more than work emails. Your service is not cheap and we've had constant issues with our connection dropping out. Not to mention the poor speed we receive
