    @dewythetog79 @SkyHelpTeam @BTCare No1 seems to want to try and solve it. I'm getting a router sent me even though I know this isn't the issue. Waste of everyone's time. Very much a computer says no situation

    @BTCare 90% of those of the group are with BT but is affecting other ISP’s too. Is there anything you can do to escalate internally to a regional manager. Sounds like an OpenReach issue but only BT can engage them. We can’t contact them direct so you guys end up getting the complaints

    @BTCare Hi Claire. Have tried that twice & no help. However I started a thread on Facebook and have 20+ households on the same estate reporting the same issue, 0mb upload, all started yesterday lunchtime. Any way you can escalate to regional service manager or similar for Derby?

    @BTCare I have 0mb upload (laptop on Ethernet). BT chat support said reboot router which didn’t help. I work from home so rely on connection. Tested directly in test socket which didn’t help. Problem in the area? FIL has same issue 2 streets away. (Since 2pm yesterday)

    @BTCare So I now have no phone or broadband because @bt_uk cancelled my order two weeks ago. It was cancelled because the operator made a mistake and I wasn't informed. Now I'm left without a working phone or internet for what could be two weeks. Awful service, I'm in shock.

    @BTCare she called - and escalated to her manager who was supposed to co tact be by the end of the day .... she didn’t - she was supposed to have contacted me last week - she didn’t ... i have had 4 different case officers as ive been passed from pillar to post, terrible customer service

    @JagerMouse @BTCare Have you managed to resolve it? I’m having issues with the HD channels on BBC. The TV, which takes the aerial lead from the YouView box, has no problems.

    @BTCare Customer in question is Margaret (Anne) Mackay of Inverasdale 01445 781218. Lost husbnd at Xmas 2 cancer, broken foot, no clue on tech, yr boys have pulled cable out of ground, just lying there, when she rings u told line is working, is reduced to tears. Pls sort it.

    @BTCare Fault reporting system on behalf of friends/neighbours is bonkers. U demand name of account holder, full add, a/c no. How can we do that? Rural location, her phone's not working. Your agent checked number, it's clearly faulty, in old days that's all you needed to know!

    As a @BTCare @bt_uk customer of 20+ years.. I'm absolutely fuming that they have arbitrarily deleted my BT email account... that, correct my if I'm wrong, but paying rather a lot for each month
