    @BTCare So I now have no phone or broadband because @bt_uk cancelled my order two weeks ago. It was cancelled because the operator made a mistake and I wasn't informed. Now I'm left without a working phone or internet for what could be two weeks. Awful service, I'm in shock.

    @BTCare I got 40 pint 10 upload and 6 download, makes downloading stuff painfully slow and from time to time it will just disconnect me

    @BTCare Everyone is always looking into but it never gets resolved. We are tired of this mistreatment. People are using their hard earned money to pay for these services and we hardly even get internet connection.

    @BTCare @BTGroup Either minimal speed or drops out altogether. Won't even stream iPlayer. I have been trying to get help for about 10 days. I keep getting promises but everyone useless.

    @BTCare The account holder (my housemate) said the wrong thing. It’s says on my login that I should have internet until the 7/01. Spoke to BT and they have completely cancelled it. Can we get this changed?

    @BTCare I've tried calling this number. It never even connects to a ring tone. Under your advice I signed up to this offer and now I'm paying £15 extra a month. Discraceful

    @BTCare There is and someone has dealt with the problem but he said there was nothing he could do about compensating me for the time and money I have wasted!!
