    @BTCare @bt_uk New customer gets Fibre package at £25 per month, yet I'm a current customer and if I upgrade to same package it's £49 month plus £50 setup fee or I have to cancel contract at £250 Absolute disgrace Zero loyalty

    @BTCare @bt_uk Had NO phone line, internet, tv for a week now. The customer service is non-existent! 3 times a engineer has failed to come

    @BTCare Just tried to get costs reduced on my mother's service now my father has passed away and she's on her own. You didn't really go out of your way to help someone who was a lifelong customer at 80 years age. Someone else will get her business.

    @gj2711 @MotoGPJules It’s what they charge each other that’s the problem, can pick up sky tv + sports for under 40, but bt will charge minimum 25.99 to add btsport package via sky box
