    @BTCare Went through all of the requirements of the test and it seems to have fixed the issue. Back up to 40 Mbps on wi-fi. Thanks for your help!

    @BTCare Hi Dee we are connected wirelessly, using a 1 year old smart TV. We have tried turning all other devices onto airplane mode but it doesnt help. We have run tests and are getting under 10MBPS download

    @BTCare At the end of my patience with your " customer service " been waiting since August for a modem, the lights on it now won't stop flashing, the rest of our street now has their wifi and you're not able to get in touch with openreach, how are you a communications business?

    @BTCare Mate, I've been through this for two days now. The same rebuttal questions whenever I highlight this fault. Sometimes orange and sometimes blue. You'll tell me its a local network issue, someone will contact me within 48 hours etc etc. I'm still waiting from Friday for that call.

    @BTCare I wish it were that simple. I tried that. With a centre in India. They booked an engineer then left me a voicemail saying that the network in Winchcombe had been "stabilised". Utter rubbish. Nothing had changed. It went wrong when I was moved to a new cabinet.
