    @BTCare Told no engineers need to go out to fault could be done from office, but now may not be done before SATURDAY almost 1week to fix fault that wasn’t there before changing to @bt_uk Made worse as no hot water or heat due to smart thermostat!! #thanksbt

    @btbusinesscare I advice everyone to never go with BT. As a business who has many products with them. Last week I took an add on of £9 for a device protection which we do not need. They will only let me cancel if I pay a £200 fee because it’s a contract. As a valued customer not!

    @BTCare spent about 3hrs trying to solve an account problem out .now all my minutes r used on my plan because of this + now I'm paying extra

    I've never experience as bad a service as @bt_uk @BTCare A month later and the fault is still not fixed. Engineer booked yet doesn't show up

    @BTCare Just tried to get costs reduced on my mother's service now my father has passed away and she's on her own. You didn't really go out of your way to help someone who was a lifelong customer at 80 years age. Someone else will get her business.

    @gj2711 @MotoGPJules It’s what they charge each other that’s the problem, can pick up sky tv + sports for under 40, but bt will charge minimum 25.99 to add btsport package via sky box

    @BTCare 3 weeks with no broadband. Spent an age doing online checks. Spent an age on the phone to Cardiff ‘support’ team. Promised a new Hub 10 days ago. Told Hub had arrived last Wednesday. Then told on Friday hadn’t been dispatched. ‘Will send first class though’. Still no Hub.

    @BTCare I am moving office to Finchley. I have had terrible problems getting the lines in to a multi let office building! I e mailed James Patterson about it last week and didn't even get an acknowledgement!
