@BTCare £28.99 + £4 odd quid charges makes about £34 odd but my bill is saying £39 … it doesn’t help that the bill is pages long with unpaid charges and discounts from last month still showing. It’s really not a great consumer experience. Just tell me the new charges for current month?

@BTCare @virginmedia I not a BT Problem, BT is fine. It's just the Virgin TV Anywhere app does not allow you to watch TV Anywhere. It only works on WiFi

@BTCare Just tried to get costs reduced on my mother's service now my father has passed away and she's on her own. You didn't really go out of your way to help someone who was a lifelong customer at 80 years age. Someone else will get her business.

@gj2711 @MotoGPJules It’s what they charge each other that’s the problem, can pick up sky tv + sports for under 40, but bt will charge minimum 25.99 to add btsport package via sky box

@BTCare 3 weeks with no broadband. Spent an age doing online checks. Spent an age on the phone to Cardiff ‘support’ team. Promised a new Hub 10 days ago. Told Hub had arrived last Wednesday. Then told on Friday hadn’t been dispatched. ‘Will send first class though’. Still no Hub.
