    @btbusinesscare @BTCare No. BT incorrectly disconnected all my business connections: phone/broadband yesterday and now say they wont reconnect me til next Thursday. Quite amazing that it takes an entire week to fix a serious defect of its own making.

    @BTCare so a promised tier 3 phone call never happened. My 'new' services have started, even though I'm leaving so no caller id, 1571 & I'm still paying for them? Errrr, not really getting better having a case handler is it? #refund @ofcom

    @BTCare my case manager closed my complaint while I'm still having TV streaming issue via box. Was told to call her if any problem but don't want t as it was horrible not to get listened and told off. VOL0131258082721506

    @BTCare Orange and flashing red. Have been in touch with customer service everyday since Friday. Was given a engineer appt for Tuesday. Then they rang back to say it was a fault at the exchange and appt was cancelled.

    @BTCare I was then assigned a case manager and promised I would have internet by 29th May. I didn’t. Then promised again for 11th June.. surprise surprise nothing. In the interim I was given Tyler as a case manager, what a joke that was? Obviously never checked his voicemails!

    @BTCare I actioned a home move in April to move house on 9th May, this failed. I called and was put on hold constantly and in fact through the HOURS I have spent wasted on the phone to people who don’t have a clue, 2x the call timed out and I never had the courtesy of a call back.

    @BTCare Well who knows? I’ve had an open complaint for about a month but haven’t heard a peep from my case manager (Who’s VM now says he has changed roles? But I was told on the phone today that he was my case manager? Another miss-communication I see?)
